Yeah, Kelsie learned the hard way not to try and order contacts without your lenses or glasses on... ;) I clicked on the positive forms of my prescription instead of the negative... and then I was VERY confused upon receiving my lenses and putting them in...! Thankfully they did a total refund upon my sending them back... and that was even with a box opened and a pair discarded. So... bummer on the booking agency not helping ya out.... but plus that you could potentially stay for a longer visit! ;-) Wow… they suck so much more than 1-800-Contacts.com…!
