		<description>if you have any of your daily points left at the end of the day, no they don't rollover, but with the 35 weekly points allowance the roll from day to day, but at the end of the week you lose them. and start with another 35 weekly point allowance.  Don't forget to add in your activity points on a daily basis too.</description>

		<description>Sounds like you had a nice visit over there!  Yeah, I sometimes have trouble using up all my points in a day... When I'm working out on a regular basis, I totally don't feel bad to save up points to splurge on a dinner/dessert out or something, tho... From my understanding of it all, you can rollover leftover points in a week's time... but wipe your point board clean when a new week begins... maybe I've misunderstood that... but I haven't gained back any weight... so I must be doing something right ;-)</description>
