Jesus, I like you, don't like the idea of using sprays to dissuade dogs, but why should you and Merlin have to change where you walk because of an owner that doesn't know how to control his pet. I'd get the spray and the next time it happens, let him have a dose in the face. I bet he'll not do it again. My poor Mer. It must have traumatized him. And he's so good too. What a jerk!!!!!!!!
